The Bahamas is in fact an archipelago located in the northeastern side of Caribbean region, comprised of two bigger islands (New Providence and Grand Bahama) and a lot of smaller islands, named “The Out Islands”, from which the most important are Abaco, Andros, Acklins and Crooked Island, Biminis, Berry Islands, Cat Island, Eleuthera, Exumas, Inaguas, Mayaguana, and San Salvador.
